HEALTHY PEANUT BANANA ICECREAM



Did you know that when Bananas are frozen and then Blended they become the same consistancy as Icecream.
This Recipe Contains just two ingredients.




2 Bananas.
1 Large Tablespoon of Peanut butter, I used Meridian smooth Peanut Butter.





Peel your Bananas and cut them into large chunks.
Pop them in a container and freeze them for about Two hours until hard.

Place Frozen Bananas and Peanut Butter into Blender and Blitz until smooth.







Pop into a bowl and enjoy straight away. Or pop back in the freezer for later.




**Optional** 
I always add a sprinkle of Cocoa Nibs which are actually a healthy alternative to choc chips as they are beans that have been roasted, seperated from their husks and broken into smaller pieces.
These are available from most Health Food Stores, I always get them from Holland and Barrett.
